Episode 3: Yearning Madness

--Tami walks downstairs, uncloaking the area she put her grimoire in, and sees it's not working.
What is going on?
-She waves both hands this time, and snaps her fingers putting a filter to show anything cloaked, the book not there.

--Abby/Abbaddon comes from behind her, holding the grimoire.
Looking for this..?

-Tami throws a hand back to hit her with magick, but it only clashes with Abby's flame force field.

Abby: Cute.. but this is mine now. I've wondered what the Book of Shadows would be like.. I'm not disappointed.
-She opens to a random page.

Tami: Don't open it!
-Abby disappears with the Grimoire, and Tami slams her fists on the counter.
Tami: Fuck! Who was that?!

-Serenity enters a internet cafe, and sits in a booth, bringing up the search bar.
Lets see what the world knows, or thinks they know about codexes..
-She types it in, and glances to the water bottle she brought with her, imagining it to be blood instead. She takes out the white pills form her pocket and takes 3 this time.

-Serenity leans back after a while of searching the internet, and looks over to the person next door, a human.
Ah.. hey may I borrow a pen and paper?
Human: Sure..
-The person hands her the items, and she blinks when the person doesn't look away, Serenity accidentally compelled them.
^Shit..^
You can get back to work now.
-She scribbles down some notes, pausing and biting her lip.
^How did that happen..^
-She looks at the white pills box Tami/Delvaux gave her.
^Could it be numbing my senses, and I still use them as normal?^

Serenity: This is near damn impossible.
-She brings up an algorithm tool before typing in some of the symbols/writings she wrote down, coming up with no recognition.
Was worth a try.. guess it's plan C from here. How can I get to Vivan Lockharte without Jadis keeping tabs on me..?
-She leans back, biting the end of the pen, her mind drifting elsewhere.

Micah: How old are you again?
-He rolls over to his back, glancing to his booty call getting dressed.
B.Call: Oh you know.. just the usual witch age.
M: You're ah..?
-He props up on his elbows.
B.Call: You think the universe and stars you saw last night, and just a minute ago were normal?
-She laughs slipping on her top, and looking in the mirror adjusting her hair.
M: I assumed my Conjuration was playing up.. That's a neat trick, light or dark?
B. Call: What do you think?
M: If I had to guess, light, the universe is full of light.

-Tyrion leans on the impala, and dials Kyle's number.
Pick up man..

-Serenity hands the pen back to the person, making sure she isn't compelling them.
Thank you.
-She folds the piece of paper, slipping them into her backpacker & heads out of the internet cafe.

-Serenity texts Liam: Milkshake?

*feels his phone buzz taking it out sighing with relief*
*begins to walk to the cafe and texts Serenity*
Of course, be there in a flash!


*the professor unlocks the door to Tami's office using telekinesis*
*she begins to search through her desks and drawers forcing open anything not locked with magic*
Hmm...

-Tyrion gets Kyle's voicemail, and sighs speaking into it.

Morning Kyle, it's Tyrion Stark. Ashley and I are both very grateful for your help, you had impeccable timing. I owe you, but listen, you're a good warlock.. is that what you're meant to say? If there is anything you can do to protect our home, to protect them, I'd be forever indebted to you. Spells anything, whatever is needed I will get it for you just.. let me know what you can do. Call me back when you can man, thanks again.

-He dazes for a moment before entering the impala.

-Serenity crosses the road, and walks for a little bit before reaching Cafe Monte Rosa, and steps inside ordering 2 usual milkshakes, and takes a seat, tapping her milkshake glass awaiting Liam.
^It'd be the adult thing to do and just .. ignore that little mishap, right? If it's brought up, it means it bothers one of us, but it should be fine. Yeah..^
-She sips a little, trying to convince herself of what to say.
